Rent the Meeting Room

The Meeting Room is located in the annex of the church and can be entered through the Main Hall as well as through the entrance on the Piet Heynstraat. There is a kitchen facility directly connected to the Meeting Room. The Meeting Room is particularly suitable for small-scale presentations, courses, meetings, etc. Various theater configurations are possible for the presentations. Meetings are possible in various table configurations (carré, u-shape, etc.).

Flexible arrangements;
Standing reception for up to 40 people;
Meeting setup for 24 people (Carré);
Presentation setup for 50 people.

Free WIFI;
100” monitor on a mobile trolley, including media player, controllable from a PC;
Comfortable Girsberger conference chairs;
Projector and screen (optional);

Modern sanitary facilities including a toilet for disabled persons;
Catering. A snack, drink, lunch or dinner can be arranged. The choice of the caterer is made in consultation. We often work together with a number of caterers in the area.
