About us
The 'Stichting Beheer en Exploitatie Oude of Pelgrimvaderskerk' (Management and Exploitation Foundation) is responsible for the proper management and operation of the church building. The building itself is owned by the Stichting Volkskracht Historische Monumenten, Rotterdam. The rental income benefits the maintenance and upkeep of the church building. The Board of the Foundation is unpaid.
Two paid part-time professionals work for 'Stichting Beheer en Exploitatie'. In addition, many volunteers help to preserve the church building as a social and cultural center for the Rotterdam society as heritage. The Foundation is registered with the Chamber of Commerce:

The Management and Exploitation Foundation operates the church building in accordance with its nature and dignity. Over the centuries, the Pilgrim Fathers Church is still used by the Reformed Municipality of Delfshaven, with regular Sunday services.
Friends of the Old or Pilgrim Fathers Church Foundation
For the social preservation of the historic church and extra financial support, the Friends of the Old or Pilgrim Fathers Church Foundation give a helping hand. The Foundation has an ANBI status and receives donations from individuals and companies.
Specifically for U.S. taxpayers, the Netherlands America Foundation (NAF) has established a legal structure to facilitate tax-efficient cooperation in fundraising for the Old or Pilgrimfathers' Church. The Friends Fund of the NAF gives U.S. donors the advantage of a U.S. income and gift tax deduction for their gifts.
